We offer a complete homecare pharmacy service,working closely with your referral centre who will be responsible for referring you. The pharmacy team will contact you to confirm your arrangements for signing upto the service.

NHS Patients will not have to pay for the service, as it is fully funded by the NHS.Private Patients, will need to make private arrangements with Pharmazon or via your referral centre.

Pharmazon will work with you and your referral centre to arrange your regular treatment is dispensed and delivered to your home or work, at a time and date convenient to you. If you require additional ancillaries, clinical waste removal, nursing or carer support, this will all be arranged as part of the service and explained to you during the on-boarding process.
