Paracetamol 1000mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 12.18mg
Guaifenesin 200mg
Cetylpyridinium Chloride 3mg

Dosage of Lemsip Max All-in One Liquid -160ML: 

Over 16 years: 20ml every 4 hours. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours. Under 16 years: not to be given.
