Senokot Max Strength Tablets 12 Years Plus contain Senna/Sennosides, a stimulant laxative for the short-term relief of occasional constipation. Stimulant laxatives do not reduce the absorption of calories or nutrients, therefore this medicinal product will not help with weight loss.
