Alpha lipoic acid is found naturally inside every cell in the body. It is needed by the body to produce the energy for the body’s normal functions. Alpha Lipoic Acid supports the regeneration of glutathione, one of the body’s primary antioxidants and helps to recycle glutathione, Vitamins C and E, and Coenzyme Q10. This food supplement is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Solgar Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is an antioxidant. It is also believed to help as an anti-ageing supplement. It is referred to as the universal antioxidant because it is water and fat soluble, enabling it to function in both the membrane and aqueous parts of cells.

Directions:
