Bach Flower Pine in indicated for people who feel full of guilt and self-reproach; they blame themselves for other people´s mistakes and, indeed, for anything that goes wrong. They feel undeserving and unworthy. Their guilt complex and sense of shame is not necessarily based on any actual wrong-doing but destroys the possibility of joy in living. These people appear humble and apologetic; they will apologise for being ill and may feel they deserve their illness of pain.

Directions:
Dilute two drops of Bach Flower Pinein a glass of water and sip at intervals. Replenish as necessary
If necessary, the Bach Original Flower Remedies can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

Ingredients:
Pine Flower Essence 20ml: Grape alcohol (approx. 27%v/v), flower extract of Pine

Directions:
Take an individual essence based on how you're feeling or create a combination of up to seven essences using a mixing bottle. Single essence use: place 2 drops directly onto your tongue or add 2 drops to water and sip regularly. Multiple essence use: Add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) to mixing bottle. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.
