Complan Shake Original Flavour is a high energy powder consisting of a blend of carbohydrate, protein and fat, with added vitamins and minerals.
Complan Shake original flavour can be added to milk and used throughout the day instead of regular milk, or added directly to foods to provide extra nutrients.
Complan Shake can be used to supplement the diet of patients unable to meet their nutritional requirements from regular dietary intake. The need for nutritional support may be also due to other special reasons such as:

• Periods of intense stress, e.g. excessive workload
• Recovery from illness, e.g. viral infection
• Physical development of children

Skimmed cows milk, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, vegetable oils (palmolein, sunflower oil), magnesium hydrogen phosphate, sodium L-ascorbate, flavouring (contains cow's milk), calcium carbonate, ferrous sulphate, DL-α-tocopherol, nicotinamide, choline chloride, zinc sulphate, L-ascorbic acid, calcium D-pantothenate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, phytomenadione, manganese sulphate, cupric sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate, riboflavin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite.

How to take Complan Shake Original:

• Measure out 200ml (1/3 pint) of cold milk or water.
• Then pour a small amount of it into a glass.
• Add 60g (4 rounded tablespoons) of Complan to the small amount of milk or water and blend into a paste using a fork or whisk.
• This paste can be added to soups, stews, mashed potato and other foods, or for a drink.
• Pour in the rest of the milk or water, stir well and enjoy your delicious drink.
• You can add Complan to anything!
