Zirtek Allergy Solution

Zirtek Allergy Solution is an antiallergic medicine which is used to help with the relief of allergy symptoms of seasonal and yearly hay fever or allergic rhinitis .

Zirtek Allergy Solution is suitable for adults and children aged 2 years of age and over that is used to help with the relief of nasal and eye symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis for example hay fever.

Zirtek allergy solution is a liquid medicine that treats people suffering from hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), year round allergies such as dust or pet allergies (perennial allergic rhinitis) and urticaria (swelling, redness and itchiness of the skin).

Zirtek Allergy Solution Uses: 

Treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Zirtek Allergy Solution Ingredients: 

Cetirizine Dihydrochloride 1mg

Zirtek Allergy Solution Dosage: 

  • Over 12 years: 10ml (two spoonfuls) once daily.
  • 6 to 12 years: 5ml (one spoonful) twice daily.
  • 2 to 6 years: 2.5ml (half a spoonful) twice daily.
  • Under 2 years: not recommended.

What is Zirtek Allergy Solution used for?

In adults and children aged 6 years and above, Zirtek Allergy solution is used to treat people who have hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), year round allergies such as dust or pet allergies (perennial allergic rhinitis) and urticaria (swelling, redness and itchiness of the skin).

Does Zirtek Allergy Solution make sleepy?

Drowsiness, tiredness, and dry mouth may occur. Stomach pain may also occur, especially in children. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
