- Orders placed on or before Saturday, 21st December, should arrive before Christmas.
- After this date, we cannot guarantee delivery before New Year's Day.
- Orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday.

- Customer service will not be available from 23rd December until 1st January.
UK Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Delivery
- Free for orders over £25
- Delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch of order.
- Orders below £25 will incur a £1.99 delivery charge
- Delivered Mon-Fri (excluding weekend and bank holidays)
- Once approved P-Med items will be dispatched the next working day
UK Express Delivery:
- Free for orders over £50
- Orders below £50 will incur a £4.95 delivery charge
- Delivered within 1 to 3 business days
- Delivered Mon-Fri (excluding weekend and bank holidays)
- Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday
- Once approved P-Med items will be dispatched the next working day
International Delivery: (Currently we are not accepting international orders)
