Optrex Infected Eye Drops

Optrex infected eye drops works by washing away particles such as pollen, dust, grit and smoke to cleanse the eye. Its formula, which contains natural plant extract, also soothes tired and treats sensitive eyes.

Optrex Infected Eye Drops are medicated to provide relief for sore, irritated eyes. The formulation helps to soothe and cleanse your eyes.

The comfort of your eyes can so easily be altered by all kinds of daily problems, such as tiredness, close-up work, smoky and polluted atmospheres and driving. Optrex Infected Eye Drops can provide you with the support and relief to these irritants.

Optrex is specially formulated for treating acute bacterial conjunctivitis.

How do Chloramphenicol Eye Drops Work?
Optrex Infected Eye Drops contain Chloramphenicol as an active ingredient, which is an antibiotic. It works by stopping bacteria from growing, eliminating bacterial eye infections.

USES: 
For the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis.
INGREDIENTS; 
Chloramphenicol 0.5% w/v
DOSAGE: 

Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 2 years and over: one drop every two hours for the first 48 hours and four hourly thereafter. The course of treatment is 5 days.
Do not use with contact lenses for duration of the treatment. Under 2 years: not to be used.
