Directions for Use Apply the gel directly on the sight of the acne.

Do not apply it excessively as this may cause irritation. After applying the gel for the first time, you may feel a mild burning sensation, reddening skin, or peeling. This is normal and will lessen after several days of use. Speak to your doctor if these symptoms worsen. Avoid using this gel in direct sunlight or under sunlamps, as it increases the skin’s sensitivity to the sun.

Warnings Acnecide benzoyl peroxide can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Hence, on treated areas of skin avoid exposure to excessive sunlight, sunbeds or sunlamps. Wear appropriate protective clothing such as a hat, or use a suitable sunscreen lotion if you cannot avoid sun exposure. Do apply Acnecide in the evening after washing off the sunscreen. Acnecide may bleach hair and coloured fabrics, including clothing, towels and bed linen. Be careful to avoid getting the gel on these materials.
