Description

Allacan Hayfever 30 Tablets

Allacan tablets provides fast and effective 24-hour relief in adults from the annoying symptoms of hayfever and /or indoor allergies:

  • Sneezing
  • Runny and blocked nose
  • Red watery eyes
  • Itchy nose
  • Skin allergies

Easy- to –take tablets suitable for adults and children aged 6+.

One tablet (10mg) once a day in adults.

Half a tablet (5mg), twice daily in patients aged 6 to 12 years.

Available without prescriptions and in a range of different pack sizes 7, 14 and 30 tablets.

Allacan is used to treat people who have hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), year round allergies such as dust or pet allergies (perennial allergic rhinitis) and urticaria (swelling, redness and itchiness of the skin)3.

Allacan 10mg tablets Ingredients: 

Each film-coated tablet contains 10 mg of active ingredient cetirizine hydrochloride.

Allacan tablets 10mg Dosage:

Tablets should be swallowed with a glass of liquid. Adults: 1 tablet daily. Children 6-12 years: half a tablet twice daily. Children under 6 years: not to be given.

What is Allacan 10mg tablet used for?

Allacan tablets contains Cetirizine hydrochloride which belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines.

It blocks the effects of a substance called histamine which occurs naturally in the body. Histamine is involved in allergic reactions.

Allacan tablets are used to treat people who have hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), year round allergies such as dust or pet allergies (perennial allergic rhinitis) and urticaria (swelling, redness and itchiness of the skin).
