Beechams Breathe Clear Hot Honey ; Lemon Menthol powder for oral solution provides relief from the symptoms of colds and flu, blocked nose, nasal catarrh, painful sinuses, headache, aches and pains, chills and feverishess.

USES:
Adults and children aged 16 years and over: One sachet to be taken every four hours as necessary, up to a maximum of 6 sachets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 16 years of age except on medical advice.

INGREDIENTS:  
Paracetamol 600mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10mg

DOSAGE: 

Adults and the elderly: contents of 1 sachet every 4 hours, if necessary.
Maximum 6 sachets in any 24 hours.
Not to be taken continuously for more than 7 days without medical advice.
Children under 12 years: not to be given except on medical advice.
