Add the drops to your baby's milk; DO NOT give the drops to your baby directly. Colief works best in milk that is warm (body temperature). Do not add Colief to milk that is too hot or too cold.

Instructions for use:

If bottle feeding add the drops to the baby's usual milk four hours before feeding. If breast feeding add the drops to a little expressed breast milk immediately before feeding.
