How to use:

To help lower blood sugar levels:

Chew 3 or more chews to initially treat low blood sugar - chew thoroughly before swallowing.

When playing sports:

  • 10-15 minutes before participating in high endurance activity lasting longer than 30 minutes take 1-3 chews - chew thoroughly before swallowing.
  • Every 30 minutes take 1-3 further chews as required.
