Night Nurse Liquid Ingredients:

• Paracetamol 1000mg
• Promethazine hydrochloride 20mg
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 15mg

DOSAGE: Total daily dose of paracetamol must not exceed 4000mg (including this product). Leave at least 4 hours between doses of paracetamol-containing products. Over 16 years: 20ml just before bedtime. Under 16 years: not to be given except on medical advice. Not to be used for more than 3 days without medical advice.

Does night nurse liquid help you sleep?

Night Nurse contains an antihistamine called Promethazine, which helps to aid sleep while decongesting and drying up runny noses for easy breathing.

Is it bad to take night nurse to sleep?
Yes. If you take it for insomnia or take it at night time, promethazine will help you sleep. If you take it during the day for other conditions, such as allergies, it might cause daytime sleepiness, too.
