Numark Echinacea Cold and Flu Relief (30 Tablets) is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms of the common cold and influenza type infections based on traditional use only.

Directions:

For oral use: Swallow the tablets whole with water.

Dosage:

• Adults, elderly and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets, twice a day.
• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• If symptoms worsen or don't improve within 10 days consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Warning:

• Do not use if you are allergic to Echinacea or other member of the daisy family (Asteraceae/Composite).
• Not suitable for those under the age of 12.
• Not suitable during pregnancy or breast feeding.
