A herbal medicinal product used for the short term relief of occasional constipation.

Senna 7.5mg Tablets 12 Year Plus is a stimulant laxative for short term occasional constipation. The senna plant has been used as a laxative for many years, and has proven to be safe. The bowel works by pushing stools down using a wave-like motion known as peristalsis. The senna in Senokot gently stimulates the bowel, thus pushing stools down faster. This is a reliable way of relieving constipation.
60 tablets.
For occasional, non-persistent constipation.
Suitable for Adults, elders and children over the age of 12 years old.
Does not help with weight loss.

Directions for Use:
Please carefully read enclosed leaflet before use.
Suitable for adults, elderly and children over 12.
Take 1-2 tablets orally at night. This dosage may be repeated two-three times over a week.
Do not use for more than one week.
If it is the first time using Senokot start with the lowest dose and increase to the maximum dose if necessary.
Once regularity has been regained dosage should be reduced and stopped.

Consult your doctor/nurse or pharmacist if: symptoms worsen or persist, there is no bowel movement within 3 days, you experience persistent abdominal pain or passing blood.
Do not exceed recommended dose.
Not to be used for more than one week.

Not for long term use.
Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, have bowel/stomach problems, are pregnant/breastfeeding, have a kidney or heart condition.
Not suitable for children under 12 years old.
Do not help with weight loss.
Keep out of reach of children.

Alexandrian senna fruit (pods)(cassia senna L. (c acutifolia) fruit) corresponding to 7.5mg hydroxyanthracene glycosides, calculated as Sennoside B.
Also contains: Magnesium Stearate, Fennel Seed, Croscarmellose Sodium, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Calloidal Anhydrous Silica.
