Relaxit Micro-enema 5ml 12

Relaxit Micro-enemas 5ml 12 is used in the treatment of constipation and to soften hardened stools.

USES:
Helps ease the problem of constipation by softening hardened stools.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • Single use 5ml tube containing:
  • Sodium Citrate Dihydrate 450mg
  • Sodium Laurylsulfate 75mg

DOSAGE:
Remove nozzle and squeeze out a drop of fluid to lubricate the nozzle tip. Insert nozzle fully into the back passage (rectum). (Children under 3 years: insert only half the length of the nozzle.) Squeeze out the contents fully and then withdraw the nozzle, still squeezing the tube lightly.

Relaxit Micro-enemas are inserted into the rectum to soften hardened faeces, so that the material is easily passed, usually in about 15 minutes. The micro-enema passes out with the bowel motion. Directions for use: Remove the nozzle cap and squeeze out a drop of fluid to lubricate the nozzle tip. Insert the nozzle fully into the rectum, unless the patient is under 3 years of age, when only half the length is inserted. Squeeze out the contents fully, and then withdraw the nozzle, still squeezing the tube tightly. Precautions: You should consult your doctor before using Relaxit Micro-enema if you suffer from any disease of the rectum.

Relaxit Micro-enema is not known to interact with other drugs. No untoward effects are known in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or on the ability to drive or operate machinery.
